I hold a degree in Applied Neuroscience and have dedicated my career to understanding the complexities of the human brain and how it influences our well-being. My academic journey took me to King's College in London, where I developed a unique framework that leverages personal goals as a powerful tool for enhancing well-being and reducing stress and burnout.
